Required Forms
Purchase Agreement	Outlines the details of the Purchase between the buyer and seller.
Seller Disclosure Statement	Seller required by state law to fill out and provide to the buyer.
Lead-Based Paint Addendum	Must be filled out for any home built in 1978 or before.
Optional Forms
Inspection Addendum	An addendum to the purchase agreenment to require a home inspecation prior to purchase agreement becoming binding.
Home Inspection Removal	Removes the requirement for inspection after both parties are satisfied with the results..
FSBO Purchase Detail Sheet	Fill out this form and provide along with an executed purchase agreement. This provides us with all the contact info necessary to work your transaction.
FSBO VA FHA Addendum	If financing with a VA or FHA loan, include this addendum with your purchase agreement.
FSBO Customer Auth Form	Authorizes DRI to collect information in order to prepare payoffs of existing loans.

Preparing Your Home For Sale:
The purchasing party of the transaction generally completes the pertinent paperwork, signs it and submits it along with the earnest deposit to the selling party. Upon receipt of the documents and earnest deposit the selling party can simply accept the agreement and the contract is then legally binding or the selling party may counter with further stipulations regarding the transaction.
